Can I add or delete items from my order if I change my mind?
Most orders are transmitted almost immediately to our sales department where they are processed. If you want to change your order, please let us know as soon as possible. We will check the status of your order and attempt to make the necessary changes. If your order was transmitted to us 48 hours ago, we will not be able to make changes to the order and would deliver as is. TOP
Does Simple Office deliver to multiple location?
Multiple locations mean more than one locations where you would like us to deliver your products. Simple Office delivers supplies to all addresses a customer would register with us. Please contact our sales office for more information. TOP
How will I know if Simple Office received my order?
Once an order is placed its details are transmitted to us instantly. On order placement and email is also sent to your registered business account and you receive a confirmation via email. The confirmation will contain your delivery address, order number and other related information. TOP

What happens if I order an out-of-stock item?
In some instances, products listed on our site may be temporarily out of stock. If that happens, the available items in your order will be delivered immediately and any backordered items will be delivered as soon as possible. If we are unable to complete your order, we will notify you that we are canceling the order. TOP
What is your pricing policy?
Because of the efficiency of Internet ordering, our pricing is exclusive to purchases made at our site and may not be valid with regular phone or fax orders. Prices and items are subject to change without notice. Simple Office reserves the right to limit purchase quantities and to discontinue items. Simple Office is not responsible for, and will not honor, printing or typographical errors. Prices on SimpleOffice.ae supercede all prices in previous supplements or other documents. What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in the complete and original packaging (together with all accessories and manuals) with your original sales receipt within 7 days of the date of purchase. We will gladly replace or repair the item, or return your money. Electronics, digital cameras and business machines must be returned within 3 days of purchase. Simple Office will not accept returns of opened digital cameras or software packages unless defective. Software and digital cameras that are defective may be exchanged for identical items only. TOP
